The apartment is on the fifth level, accessed by lift, and sleeps four to five. It has 47 sqm of interior space with a stylish and modern open-plan living area, and fully equipped modern kitchen.

The large master bedroom has comfortable two-metre long beds that can be arranged as a super king-size or two singles. There are individual wardrobes with plenty of hanging space and drawers. The second bedroom has full-size 2m bunk beds. A double sofa-bed is also available in the living area.

The bathroom has a whirlpool bath with shower over, and there is a separate toilet. The bathroom also has a washing machine.

The 25m sq balcony has breathtaking views across the valley to the Domes des Rousses and La Fare waterfall. It gets the sun from the early morning until after lunch and has an outdoor dining table and chairs  plus two sun loungers.

All bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. Equipment includes dedicated and free Wifi, a 52″ TV, XBox 360, DVD player, Bose bluetooth speaker, hairdryer, 300-litre hot water tank, iron, ironing board, and high-chair. A travel cot is available on request. A selection of DVDs, XBox games, books and toys are provided.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge with ice box, dish washer, microwave, coffee machine (pods), full-sized induction hob and full sized oven with grill. There’s also a coffee machine (Nespresso pods), toaster, kettle and slow cooker.

The apartment comes with a reserved outdoor parking space. There is free covered parking available a short walk away. A secure ski and boot room is on the ground floor and there’s a locker for bikes in the basement.
